The story behind the work.

The Short Version

I am Siddharth Anantharam. Most people know me as Coach Sid.

I run my own private advisory firm from Dubai, where I work with some of the most ambitious entrepreneurs on the planet. Over the last 12+ years, I have coached over 2,000 founders, trained over 5,000 coaches globally, and built companies, experiences, and technology designed to change how people and businesses transform.

Before that, I spent five years in strategy consulting at Aon and six years at Mindvalley, where I led their coaching business, launched businesses, trained thousands of coaches, and worked alongside Vishen Lakhiani, Paul McKenna, Ajit Nawalkha, Lisa Nichols, Esther Perel, and others.

Today I am building an ecosystem for transformation through a series of ventures. As the founder of The Breakthrough Weekend, I create intimate rooms where founders do the deep work they cannot do alone. As the co-founder of Unlimits, I build AI-powered technology that turns dreams into daily action. As the creator of Let's Talk, I design tools for deeper human connection. And as an advisor to scaling founders and second-generation leaders, I partner with the people behind the business to help them lead, decide, and grow with more clarity.

Everything I build is the result of a burning question: how can I create the greatest impact in the world during my time here?

The Origin

Before Mindvalley

Bombay raised me. The feeling that something bigger was waiting never left.

I grew up in South India but was raised in Bombay, the city of dreams. A place where everyone carries something they want to become. That idea stayed with me.

I started my career as a strategy consultant at a leading Fortune 100 company, where I became one of their fastest-growing recruits and led one of their newest businesses. From the outside, everything looked good. On the inside, I knew something was missing.

That feeling has shown up more than once in my life. Every time I followed it, it led me to the next version of myself. Leaving a high paying consulting job for Mindvalley was one such moment. Leaving Mindvalley to build my own private practice was another. Both times, things were going well by any conventional measure. Both times, I chose the bigger question over the safer answer.

I have never been interested in conventional success. I have always been more interested in this: what am I here to build, and who do I need to become in order to build it?

The Master Coach

2010 — 2016

Mindvalley University Tallinn
Paul McKenna and Coach Sid

I joined Mindvalley when nobody knew the name. I left when it was a household brand.

During 6+ years at Mindvalley, I launched businesses, built teams, led their coaching division, launched Vishen Lakhiani's first NYT bestselling book, and eventually became Mindvalley's first Master Coach and Trainer. I trained and certified over 5,000 coaches globally. I designed the transformational curriculums behind their highest-ticket events and certification programs. I spoke at Supercoach, Mindvalley University, and other stages.

I worked alongside Vishen Lakhiani, Paul McKenna, Ajit Nawalkha, Lisa Nichols, Esther Perel, Rich Litvin, Michael Neill, Jim Kwik, and Nir Eyal. Those years gave me craft, pattern recognition, and a front-row seat to what actually changes people versus what just inspires them for a weekend.

The Founder

2016 — Present

I left a career most people would keep. Twice. Then I built what I could not find.

Three ventures came from three frustrations.

The Breakthrough Weekend

Born because I kept watching founders leave growth events inspired for 48 hours, then return to their default setting. Those rooms were designed for polished versions of yourself. Nobody was making space for the messy parts. So I built the room that does. Curated, intimate, no stages. Just collective wisdom on the things you are still figuring out. Ten editions. 150+ gamechangers. Built with my wife and business partner, Seerat.

Unlimits

Born because most personal growth stops at inspiration. I co-founded an AI-powered app that takes the dream you keep postponing and turns it into one daily action, guided by your own Future Self. Built with Paul McKenna. 10,000+ downloads. On a mission to reach a billion.

Let's Talk

Born during COVID, when it became clear the world needed better conversations, not more content. I turned the best questions from my years as a coach and conversationalist into a simple card game. It sold out in its first week.

The Transformation Architect

Across 12 Years

Coach Sid in session

I created a structure from 12 years of asking why some people transform and others just learn.

After thousands of coaching conversations, a pattern became clear. Every person or business that creates real transformation, not temporary change, moves through the same three shifts: they see themselves clearly, they surface what they could not see alone, and they build the structure to move forward with confidence.

That became The Breakthrough Method. Mirror. Torch. Map. Three lenses I use across everything I build, from 1:1 advisory to immersive weekends to AI-powered coaching.

What makes Sid rare is that he understands both the science of change and the art of holding a room. That combination is almost impossible to find.

The Community Builder

2018 — Present

I am in my 30s doing what most people do in their 50s. Collective wisdom is how.

I did not get here by figuring everything out on my own. I got here by learning from hundreds of people who were further along than me, and by being honest about what I had not yet figured out.

That taught me something I now build my entire practice around: the best shift you will ever experience does not come from one mentor. It comes from sitting in a room full of people, like and unlike you, who are carrying similar weight and have already solved some of what you are still working through.

We have been sold a myth that leadership is a lonely journey. I think that is rubbish. That is why I built The Breakthrough Collective, The Breakthrough Weekend, monthly circles, and peer groups. Rooms where you are not the smartest person, and that is exactly the point.

I walked into The Breakthrough Weekend expecting a networking event. I walked out having said things out loud that I had been carrying alone for years. The room Sid builds is unlike anything I have experienced.

On Founders

The Practice

Coach Sid

A question I often ask founders.

“You carry the weight so everyone else can grow. Who carries your weight?”

You carry risk so others can have stability.

You hold uncertainty so your team can have direction.

You take the weight so families can grow, employees can thrive, and communities can benefit.

And yet, most of you do not have a single place to be fully human.

That is what I build. Where the people we consider to be superhuman, can truly be human.

I came to Sid when the business was growing but I was drowning in it. Within three months, my team was making decisions I used to lose sleep over.

Beyond The Work

The Person

Family, Friends and Adventure. That's what grounds me.

I live in Dubai with my wife Seerat and our two dogs, Sherlock and Holmes, who have taught me more about presence and joy than most humans have. I love nature, stillness, and experiences that push limits. I believe silence is medicine. These are the things that shape how I listen, lead, and hold space.

The Work

I work with founders who know their next level requires a different version of themselves.

Through my consulting and advisory firm in Dubai, I partner with scaling founders, second-generation leaders, creative visionaries and founder-led companies navigating growth, identity, leadership, and performance.

The people I work with are not struggling. They are succeeding. But something in the growth has started to cost more than it should. They are carrying too much. Deciding too much. Holding too much. And they know that the next level requires more than a better strategy.

I serve as their mirror, their torch, and their map. I help them see clearly, lead with less friction, build teams that own outcomes, and grow without losing themselves in the process.

Working with Sid gave me a vocabulary for what was happening inside me and inside the business at the same time. I make better decisions now. Calmer ones.
