1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how Coach Sid — Siddharth Anantharam, operating through The Breakthrough Consulting LLC (Dubai) and Infynit Coaching LLP (India) — collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit coachsid.com, subscribe to The Blind Spot newsletter, or engage with any paid service.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly: Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number when you fill in a form, subscribe to the newsletter, complete the Founder Bottleneck Audit, or purchase a service. For paid services, billing and payment details are collected by our payment processors — we do not store your card details.
Information collected automatically: When you visit the website, standard analytics tools collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent. This data is aggregated and used to improve the site. No personal profile is built from this data without your consent.
3. How we use your information
To deliver the service you requested — sending the newsletter, granting access to a playbook, processing a coaching engagement.
To communicate with you about your account, upcoming sessions, or service updates.
To improve the website and understand which content is most useful.
To send marketing emails if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
4. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with third-party service providers who help operate this website and deliver services — including email platforms, payment processors, and analytics tools. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and on the basis of data processing agreements.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Coach Sid, its clients, or others.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website uses cookies to support basic functionality, measure traffic, and improve your experience. Analytics cookies are anonymised where possible. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
We use Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns. If you prefer not to be tracked by Google Analytics, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6. How long we keep your data
Newsletter subscriber data is retained for as long as you remain subscribed. Coaching client records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time — see Section 7 for how.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, ask us to delete it, or object to how it is used. To exercise any of these rights, email coachingwithsid@gmail.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure. You share information at your own risk, and we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords for any accounts.
9. Children
This website is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from someone under 18, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at coachsid.com/privacy. For material changes, we will notify newsletter subscribers by email.
