1. Who these terms apply to

These terms govern your use of coachsid.com and any services offered by Siddharth Anantharam trading as Coach Sid, including The Breakthrough Consulting LLC (Dubai) and Infynit Coaching LLP (India). By accessing the website or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms in full.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or engage with any paid service. If you are accessing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Services offered

Coach Sid offers 1-on-1 advisory and coaching engagements, group intensives, digital playbooks and toolkits, online courses, a free weekly newsletter, and speaking services. Specific terms, pricing, and scope for each service are confirmed at the point of purchase or engagement.

All services are for your personal or internal professional development only. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any materials, recordings, or frameworks without written permission.

3. Purchases and payments

All prices are listed in the currency stated at checkout. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. By completing a purchase you confirm your payment details are accurate and you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

For subscription or retainer-based services, billing occurs on the schedule agreed at sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current. If a payment fails, access to the relevant service may be suspended until it is resolved.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility varies by service and is stated clearly before purchase. Digital products such as playbooks and toolkits are generally non-refundable once accessed. For coaching engagements, the refund window and conditions are specified in your service agreement.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact coachingwithsid@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including written frameworks, playbooks, course materials, brand assets, and video — is owned by or licensed to Coach Sid. Nothing here grants you ownership of any intellectual property.

You may share links to public pages on coachsid.com. You may not copy, reproduce, reframe, or repurpose content from paid services for any commercial purpose, including training AI systems, without explicit written permission.

6. Coaching is not therapy or professional advice

Coaching and advisory services are educational and developmental in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Coach Sid does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe anything.

Results from coaching vary by individual. No specific outcome is guaranteed. You are responsible for the decisions you make as a result of your engagement.

7. Your conduct

You agree to engage with this website and any service in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws. You will not attempt to access systems or content you are not authorised to access, distribute harmful code, or misrepresent your identity.

In group settings — including intensives and workshops — you agree to treat other participants with respect and keep what others share confidential unless they explicitly give permission to share it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Coach Sid's liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Coach Sid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost profits or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at coachsid.com/terms. Continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

For clients and transactions through The Breakthrough Consulting LLC, these terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For clients and transactions through Infynit Coaching LLP, the laws of India apply. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the applicable entity.
