What is a founder's blind spot?
A blind spot is something you cannot see clearly because you are standing inside the system. From in there, things just look like how things are. You are too close to see the pattern.
Every founder has blind spots. Whether they know it or not. The only way to see a blind spot is to flip your perspective — step outside the room you have been standing in, or have someone from the outside show you what you cannot see on your own.
That is what this newsletter does. Every Tuesday, I break down one such blind spot in plain language so you can recognise it and do something about it.
