I work as a retained advisor to the founder and their leadership team, typically in companies between 20 and 200 people. The work is direct advisory on the dynamics creating friction right now. It is not a training programme. It is not a series of workshops that disappear after the final session. It runs alongside your business over months.

Most founder-led companies reach a point where the growth is real but something in how the team operates has not kept up. Decisions still route back to the founder. Ownership is unclear. Communication is fine on the surface but there are conversations that keep not happening. This is the work that fixes that at the root, not just the surface.

How It Works

Every engagement starts with a diagnostic. I spend time with the founder and the leadership team before recommending a structure. The engagement typically runs for a minimum of three months. I take on a limited number of organisational engagements each year.

Availability

Applications are reviewed personally. If there is no current availability, you will be told directly and added to the priority list for the next opening.
