Build what comes next
Three lenses. One framework. Applied across every format I build — from a 1:1 advisory session to a two-day intensive to an AI coaching product.
Mirror
See yourself clearly.
Most founders have a version of themselves they present to the world and a version they live with privately. The gap between those two is where most of the friction hides. Mirror is the practice of honest self-awareness. Where are you actually? What patterns do you keep repeating? What story are you telling yourself about why things are the way they are?
For a founder, this might mean recognising that the control you call "high standards" is the reason your team waits for permission. For a business, this might mean seeing that the culture you think you are building and the culture your team actually experiences are two different things. Nothing changes until you see what is real.
Torch
Surface what you cannot see alone.
Every founder has blind spots. The more successful you are, the harder they are to find, because the people around you have learned to work around them instead of naming them. Torch is the practice of exposure. Time leakage. Decision bottlenecks. Leadership friction. The conversations you have been avoiding. The assumptions that made sense two years ago and now quietly hold everything back.
These show up in how your team behaves when you are not in the room, in the decisions that keep getting delayed, and in the frustrations you have accepted as normal. You cannot address what you have not yet seen.
Map
Build the structure to move forward with confidence.
Clarity without structure fades. Most people leave a powerful conversation or offsite with real insight, then return to the same environment and the same habits. Map is the practice of building what comes next. Decision ownership. Meeting cadence. Role architecture. Operating rhythm. Accountability structures.
For a founder, this might mean redesigning how your week works so your time reflects your actual priorities. For a business, this might mean rebuilding how your leadership team makes decisions so things stop routing through one person. The method is not complete until the structure is in place. The goal is a permanent shift in how you lead and how the business runs.
Why This Is Different
Most approaches get one of these right. Very few get all three in the right order.
Therapy and self-reflection are good at mirroring who you are. Consultants and diagnostics are good at exposing your blind spots. Strategy firms and coaches are good at mapping what you need next. Each one alone is incomplete. The Breakthrough Method works because it integrates all three lenses to spark real transformation.
This is also why it applies at every scale. A single founder in a private advisory session moves through the same three shifts as a leadership team of twelve in a two-day intensive. The depth changes. The questions change. The method does not. It runs through every advisory partnership, every Breakthrough Weekend, every intensive, and the AI coaching inside Unlimits.
